A line of linear automatic fillers for the production of cups, cones, bulks, family packs. These machines enable the filling of stackable containers using time elapse dosers or extruders. Closure is achieved through pressure, using heat-sealed sheets or heat-sealed film from coils. Capacity and the number of lines can be customized based on productivity needs. The control software can be chosen from options such as SIEMENS, ROCKWELL/ALLEN-BRADLEY, or similar.
Additionally, an industrial PC can be integrated to facilitate data exchange with company ERP systems, in compliance with Industry 4.0 regulations when necessary.
The standard model features a robust stainless steel structure that incorporates the support system for the dosers. Traction is managed by a chain system with an operating width of 600 mm, driven by brushless motors to ensure accurate control of speed and position of the blades. These blades are equipped with specially designed aluminum supports to maintain containers in the correct position and facilitate the precise placement of lids or heat-sealed film. Dosing devices for containers and lids are picked up via suction cups and positioned automatically.
The brushless movement dosing station can be equipped with fixed or rotating dosers for ice cream with inclusions or syrup. Heat-sealing stations are available upon request. The coil loading and locking system has a self-centering and adjustable device for the use of appropriately sized film and waste reduction. In the standard version (for cups or family packs), the product ejection system is vertical, placed on a modular extraction belt for product transport to the exit.
The integrated electrical and pneumatic system on the machine includes:

- 6/8” touch screen for recipe and alarm management

- 24 V DC installation for managing control elements of the pneumatic system
