The range of continuous freezers offered by STIM for the production of ice cream on an industrial scale includes a series of fully computerized freezers, with automatic control of production cycles and process parameters (such as the outlet temperature of the mixture and the overrun), and with variable capacities depending on the production needs.

The refrigeration unit can be integrated with built-in Freon compressor; alternatively, freezers can be connected directly to an ammonia or CO2 central refrigeration unit.
